The ingredients for 2 servings:

• 3 tbsp Cellini Instant-Espresso Classico for a balanced or Instant-Espresso Forte for a strong taste
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 3 tbsp hot water
• 200ml milk
• A handful of ice cubes
• A hand mixer or alternatively a whisk (note: beating by hand requires stamina)

This is how you easily prepare your Dalgona Coffee in 3 steps:

Step 1/3

Place instant coffee, sugar and water in a bowl. Beat with a whisk or hand mixer until stiff. Don’t be surprised, it takes a few minutes for a foam to form.

Step 2/3

Pour milk into two glasses with ice cubes and distribute the foam as desired. There are no limits to your creativity here.

Step 3/3

Lean back and enjoy the moment with this great trendy coffee! Simply ideal for the summer, but also tastes great with warm milk on colder days.
