If you can’t log in with your password, you should reset your password. To do this, enter your e-mail address in the “Username or e-mail address” field and click on the “Forgot your password?” link. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. After confirming by clicking the link, you can assign a new password.

You have two options for changing your password for your customer account:

1. You can assign a new password in your customer account under the menu item “Account settings”. Please note that all mandatory fields (marked with a green asterisk) are filled out. In addition, the “Current Password” field must be filled out.

Please check whether you have entered your new password twice. You can check your entries by clicking on the eye in the respective field. If your entry was successful, you will receive an email confirming the change.

2. You can reset your password. To do this, click on the “Forgot your password?” link in the login mask on the /my-account page. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please enter this twice identically. Please check again that both passwords have been entered identically.
