The delicious truffle chocolates of Antica Piemontese date back to 1885 and its founder Guiseppe Sebaste in Piedmont.
Passion for artisan tradition, love for the origin of the products used and attachment to its own history determine the outstanding quality of Antica Torroneria products from near Alba.
Despite constantly striving for innovation, the company has remained true to these principles to this day. Time plays a very important role in this process: only if this “ingredient” is used in sufficient quantities, the result will be the incomparable tartufo.
The basis for Antica Tartufi is one of the most precious products that the Italian region of Langhe produces, the sweet, aromatic, round Piedmont hazelnuts, the Tonda gentile. The aromatic hazelnuts are slowly roasted under the loving supervision of the master roaster Massimo before being carefully processed into the melting pralines.
A nut that has made the region world-famous and gives the products of this manufacturer this glamorous character and extraordinary taste. They are the basis for the famous truffle pralines, which consist of over 40% IGP hazelnuts, cocoa mass and cocoa butter.
