Instant espresso is subject to a strict purity law. Soluble coffee is made exclusively from roasted coffee using water and contains no additives.
1. green coffee cleaning: After delivery from the country of origin, cleaning takes place. Small stones and twigs are carefully sorted out.
2nd drum roasting: All Cellini products are gently refined for 18-20 minutes at approx. 220 degrees.
3. grinding: Instant espresso is made by grinding and brewing.
4. drying: three processes are used for the production. At Cellini, we rely on what is known as spray drying. Because from our point of view, it guarantees the best cup result.
Tip for preparation:
With the amount of water used and the amount of soluble powder, you can adjust the taste to your personal preference. This allows you to enjoy a Caffè Lungo just as well.

Durch die Hitze verlieren die Bohnen Wasser und damit auch Gewicht. Gleichzeitig erhöht die Wasserdampf-Bildung ihr Volumen. Diese Kettenreaktion lässt die typischen, vielfältigen Kaffeearomen entstehen, die deinen Kaffeemoment zum Erlebnis machen. Es geht dabei um die optimale Entfaltung der Aromastoffe – in jeder einzelnen Bohne.
Mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl, Erfahrung und Leidenschaft holen wir durch die traditionelle Röstkunst das Beste aus den hochwertigen Bohnen heraus. Der Unterschied, den man riecht und vor allem schmeckt.
No filter needed – Instant Espresso richtig zubereiten.
Die Zubereitung deines aromatischen Muntermachers ist denkbar einfach. Du benötigst weder eine Kaffeemaschine noch einen Kaffeefilter, sondern lediglich heißes Wasser, dass du auf dem Herd oder mit einem Wasserkocher zubereiten kannst.
1. Wasser erhitzen bis es anfängt zu kochen.
2. In der Zwischenzeit den löslichen Kaffee in eine Espresso- oder Kaffeetasse geben. Für einen Espresso mit einem Füllmenge von etwa 30-40 ml benötigst du einen gestrichenen Kaffeelöffel. Für eine Tasse Kaffee je nach Geschmack 1-2 Kaffeelöffel verwenden.
3. Gib nun das heiße Wasser in die Tasse und rühre den Kaffee augenblicklich um, bis sich das feine Pulver aufgelöst hat.
