right of withdrawal

We grant a right of withdrawal to the products purchased from us. The revocation is
in writing (by letter or email) within 14 days of receipt of the goods
raise. The point in time at which the revocation was sent is used to meet the deadline
authoritative.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal leads to the conversion of the purchase contract into a
rescission relationship, according to which the received under the contract of sale
services must be reimbursed. The goods are in the event of withdrawal
returned to us in the original packaging. The deadline is met if the
Customer sends the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The customer bears
the direct costs of returning the goods. We will pay the purchase price
refund to the customer immediately after receipt of the goods. The customer has
to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value
on one to check the nature, properties and functionality of the
